The healthy diet and life style for blocked fallopian tubes

It is reported that about one third women are confused by infertility that is caused by blocked fallopian tubes. When diagnosed this disease, many female patients are so worried that they just focus on treatments. In fact, besides the treatments, it is also important for them to pay attention to the diet and personal hygiene.

Dr. Lee suggests that patients with blocked fallopian tubes should have a diet with mild flavor in the dairy life while more vitamins are supplied. On the one hand, eating more fruit and vegetable can supply vitamin A and C, calcium, iron element that the body needs. And it is essential to drink the flesh milk and eat more coarse food grain which includes abundant vitamin B and microelement. On the other hand, it is better for you to eat one or two eggs because eggs have a lot of protein and all kinds of vitamins such as calcium and phosphorus. Besides eggs, meat and fish also contain abundant protein; sea food such as kelp, nori and dried shrimps can provide iodine that the body needs every day; beans include a lot of digestible protein, vitamin B and C, calcium, iron element; bean sprout is rich in vitamin E.

Dr. Lee also reminds female patients that personal hygiene is as important as the health diet. Therefore, females need to notice hygiene in the dairy life that is beneficial for them to keep away from diseases. As is known that both ends of fallopian tubes are open, one is located in pelvic cavity and the other is linked with uterus. Therefore, infections of reproductive tract and pelvic cavity can lead to the infection of fallopian tubes, which is the main cause of blocked tubes. So the unhealthy life style would make this disease more serious. The habit of staying up late and frequent sexual life needs to be changed; females who have more sexual partners are easy to be infected as the immunity is decreasing which can cause the infection of fallopian tubes; for females who just had abortion, it is more possible for them to lead to the fallopian tube infection if they have sex.

Generally speaking, the treatments of blocked fallopian tubes such as fuyan pill are the root, while the healthy diet and life style also play an important role in the therapeutic process.

Introduction about five conditions that can cause blocked fallopian tubes

Tubal blockage is a kind of severe disease which will finally cause female infertility. As it does great harm to women's health, attention should be paid to this disease. There are many reasons that induce the blockage, and in this article, the author mainly introduces five conditions that can cause blocked fallopian tubes.

1. Salpingitis
Once salpingitis occurs, the opening of fallopian tubes, especially the one which is used to pick up eggs (the umbrella end), is partly or completely obstructed. In addition, salpingitis can also cause the adhesion of inner tubal lining, making the lumen narrow or atresic. As a result, the transportation of eggs, sperms and fertilized eggs are impeded, finally leading to infertility. What's worse, inflammation can spread to the pelvic peritoneum, uterus and the surrounding organs, eventually leading to the hardening of these organs and their ineffective activity. And the fallopian tubes will become stiff and twisted, reaching an incurable degree.

2. Pelvic adhesion
In the pelvic cavity, adhesion often occurs in the ovary or at the end of the fallopian tubes. And sometimes the fallopian tubes may be adhered to the adjacent organs, disturbing their normal functioning. Under these circumstances, fallopian tubes are also blocked.

3. Sexually transmitted diseases
Due to the increased extramarital sex and sexual partners, the risk of sexually transmitted diseases (STD) also rises. These STDs such as gonorrhea, chlamydia and mycoplasma can easily affect the fallopian tubes if they are not timely or completely treated.

4. Inflammation after abortion
Abortion not only terminates the pregnancy, but also tends to cause inflammation. Because of the inflammation and scar tissue in the fallopian tubes, tubal blockage is very likely to occur.  Besides, the embryonic tissue and embryo appendages can also invade into the fallopian tubes, resulting in fallopian tube obstruction. Although this kind of obstruction only has an incidence about 1%, it deserves attention.

5. Infection after appendicular perforation
For women who have a history of appendicular perforation, the opportunity of tubal blockage will increase. In the result of a contrastive study, the chance of tubal blockage is 4.8 times higher in the experimental group than that in control group. The reason is that, the appendix is close to the fallopian tube, so the infection can easily spread to fallopian tubes and cause scar tissue.

Once suffering from the above conditions, females must receive timely and appropriate treatment as soon as possible. Only in this way can tubal blockage be effectively prevented and the risk of infertility be greatly reduced. For most gynecological inflammations, chlamydia and mycoplasma, patients can take patented medicine- fuyan pill- to get a cure. Wish all patients soon recovery!

Will ovulation be affected by blocked fallopian tubes?

What's the treatment of tubal blockage? This is a question that many patients with this disease concerns most. However, some patients put forward an other doubt, that is, can tubal blockage affect ovulation? Indeed, a lot of patients hold a view that tubal blockage certainly cause disorders in ovulation or even without ovulation. Specialist in urogenital system in women says tubal blockage does not have impact on ovulation. Blocked fallopian tubes are not able to prevent ovarian from ovulating. The only thing is the egg can not converge with the sperm with tubal barrier.

Can blocked fallopian tubes affect ovulation?

It is confirmed by the specialist in infertility that there's no nexus between tubal blockage and ovulation. Therefore, ovulation test strips and basal body temperature test are not correct ways to obtain results of ovulation. Though ELISA technique is applied to ovulation test strips, which aims to check the pituitary luteinizing hormone and predict ovulation, the ovulation test strips can also show positive even at the month that ovulation does not occur. Thus, ovulation test strips can only be used to predict the ovulation. Patients or doctors who use ovulation test strips to diagnose the presence of the ovulation is not wise.

Then how to decide the presence of ovulation? The advisable way is to go to the experienced doctors, who are able to continuously monitor the ovulation with the B-row, until the ovum appears. If your period is 30 days, you can be monitored from the 12th day, and if it is 28 days, the 10th day is available. Unfortunately, if both sides are blocked, patients can definitely not be pregnant.

We have a brief knowledge of the relationship between tubal blockage and ovulation now. If you have any question on women's issue, please feel free to contact us! You can feel free to send emails to:
